The Role: Contribute to Personio's Success

This position will be based in the UK or Ireland (Hybrid). We're looking for a Sales Expert to join our Sales team at Personio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads in the Nordics region.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, peers, and the Country Manager of Nordics to develop and execute strategies to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain our customer base through our unique sales strategy PersonioOne.
  • Manage the entire Deal-Life-Cycle, from qualification and validation to closing.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience, including a smooth handover to the Customer Experience department for implementation and further growth.
  • Analyze customer needs in the Nordics with Management to identify and understand customer requirements and optimize our sales approach.
  • Voice customer needs and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders and partners, living our values.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of our sales processes continuously.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven success in a closing role in SaaS sales within the last 1-3 years.
  • Ability to personally deliver critical early sales, calling, pitching, and negotiating, with empathy and active listening skills.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills to work with diverse conversation partners.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach to develop value for prospects.
  • Proactivity, ability to work independently, good prioritization skills, and a team player mindset.
  • Good understanding of the local culture and business environment in the Nordic regions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; preference for Swedish or Finnish fluency.
