About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Talent Search People. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding and Support: Onboard new publishers (websites and apps) on our ad-technology, providing technical support and guidance to ensure a seamless integration.
  2. Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
  3. Optimization and Analysis: Analyze publisher performance, optimize technologies and results, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Publisher Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  5. Operational Management: Manage operational contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field, with good knowledge of digital media metrics and web analytics.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with digital marketing and advertising systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Pre-bid, Xandr, Pubmatic or similar systems).
  5. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent collaboration and project management skills, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
  1. Digital Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing and advertising systems, including Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Amazon equivalent.
  2. Ad-Tech Experience: Experience at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
  3. Operations Experience: Experience in an Operations role, with a focus on technical support and project management.
