About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Madrid, Spain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales drive of Quantcast's managed service offerings and self-serve platform across Spain. This includes pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, and final implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and owning a sales strategy and business plan for advertising/media agencies and brands in Spain
- Presenting and evangelizing Quantcast's capabilities and offering in the digital ad marketplace
- Brought new customers through advertising/media agencies and direct brands
- Continuously analyzing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs and challenging targets
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in new business sales in media or ad-tech
- Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers around a solution/strategic sale
- Strong portfolio of independent agencies and direct clients
- Strong leadership characteristics and an ability to bring people on the journey with you
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. This may include hybrid work flexibility, generous vacation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans.
