About This Role

The Global Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling all communications via Zoom, email, phone, and LinkedIn. This consultative role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and run campaigns in close collaboration with our operations and data team
  • Structure and analyze data, execute campaign steps, create reports, and propose new strategies to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (mother-tongue or similar)
  • Spanish work permit
  • Consultative mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Socially adept and confident to work with clients
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Attention to detail and capacity to focus
  • Mathematically minded (data driven)
  • Spreadsheets proficiency
