About This RoleThe Global Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling all communications via Zoom, email, phone, and LinkedIn. This consultative role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and run campaigns in close collaboration with our operations and data team
- Structure and analyze data, execute campaign steps, create reports, and propose new strategies to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Fluent English (mother-tongue or similar)
- Spanish work permit
- Consultative mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Socially adept and confident to work with clients
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Attention to detail and capacity to focus
- Mathematically minded (data driven)
- Spreadsheets proficiency
