Your RoleAs a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you'll tackle the complexities of structuring contracts and managing post-sales changes to optimize outcomes for OneTrust and our customers. Your challenge lies in navigating diverse requests while maintaining compliance and ensuring a smooth deal process.
You will collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) function and cross-functional teams to structure and configure deals for optimal outcomes, balancing customer requirements with internal policies and business objectives.
- Manage post-sales contractual changes, including amendments, restructures, and re-bills, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet customer needs and business requirements.
- Ensure smooth deal progression by partnering with key stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Leverage your expertise in Salesforce or other CRM systems to provide user support and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable contract management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to enhance the Quote-to-Bill workflow and business rules.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in Deal Desk or Order Management, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Order Management role
- Complex deal structure best practices
- Experience with Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
- Ability to understand pricing and Legal contracts (Standard and non-standard)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen

The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$130,000, depending on location and experience.
