Job Description

Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is seeking a Product Marketing Manager ESG to drive the growth of our ESG solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating market readiness and engagement strategies that accelerate the solution's adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a transforming industry and play a critical role in driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market intelligence strategies to understand ESG market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our ESG products in the market.
  • Create and manage a variety of content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to enterprise businesses.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.
  • Support the partner ecosystem with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.
  • Capture competitive intelligence and apply your knowledge to differentiate the solution and/or its messaging in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales, corporate social responsibility) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, industry experts) to maximize ESG product impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of ESG processes and their application in business.
