Product Marketing Manager ESG Job Description

Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is seeking a Product Marketing Manager ESG to drive the growth of our ESG solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating market readiness and engagement strategies that accelerate the adoption of our ESG products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our ESG products in the market.
  • Create and manage a variety of content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to enterprise businesses.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.
  • Support the partner ecosystem with the necessary tools and materials to sell our ESG products effectively.
  • Collaborate to plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Capture competitive intelligence and apply your knowledge to differentiate the solution and/or its messaging in the market.
  • Create differentiated messaging & materials for analyst briefings, inquiries, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, sales, corporate social responsibility) and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, industry experts) to maximize ESG product impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of ESG processes and their application in business.
  • Experience in ESG, sustainability or related field.
  • Experience in marketing enterprise software solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple, clear, and intuitive language.
  • Team player able to work within a global matrix organizational structure.
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral & sales enablement tools.
  • Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.
