Join Our Team as a Loyalty Marketing Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Loyalty Marketing Department as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in further engaging and activating members of our loyalty program with Radisson brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the loyalty marketing team with daily activities to enhance member engagement and activation.
  • Follow the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention campaigns of our global loyalty program.
  • Ensure a seamless customer enrolment journey across all touchpoints by providing support to our web and operations teams.
  • Assist the quality loyalty team in following up on customer questions and feedback to continuously improve our program and benefits offered to members.
  • Provide a weekly competitive analysis and benchmark against competitors for EMEA and APAC.
  • Support loyalty managers in preparing monthly reports and presentations around loyalty activity.
  • Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders on our central Intranet website.
  • Maintain up-to-date promotional folders demonstrating all marketing activities and coverage, such as advertisements and partner newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to set up online offers.
  • Support hotels with loyalty queries or questions related to loyalty.
  • Support the B2B Loyalty team with operational tasks and database cleanup.
  • Contribute actively to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Well-organized with an eye for detail – able to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and co-operative.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible and innovative approach to working.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
