Radisson Hotel Group, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a trainee to join its Loyalty Marketing Department in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the loyalty marketing team in daily activities to engage and activate members of the loyalty program.
  2. Follow the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention campaigns of the global loyalty program.
  3. Ensure the customer enrolment journey is well-executed on all touchpoints by providing support to the web and operations teams.
  4. Assist the quality loyalty team in following up on customer questions and feedback to continuously improve the program and benefits offered to members.
  5. Provide a weekly competitive analysis and benchmark against competitors for EMEA and APAC.
  6. Support loyalty managers in preparing monthly reports and presentations on loyalty activity.
  7. Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders on the central Intranet website.
  8. Maintain up-to-date promotional folders demonstrating all marketing activities and coverage, such as advertisements and partner newsletters.
  9. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to set up online offers.
  10. Support hotels with loyalty queries or questions related to loyalty.
  11. Support the B2B Loyalty team with operational tasks and database cleanup.
  12. Contribute ideas and play an active role in the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO.

Requirements:

  1. Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
  2. Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  3. Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
  4. Good communication and social skills.
  5. Good team player.
  6. Trustworthy.
  7. Well-organized with an eye for detail and able to meet deadlines.
  8. Flexible and cooperative.
  9. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  10. Flexible and innovative approach to working.
  11. Able to work under pressure and independently.
