**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the loyalty marketing team in executing daily activities to engage and activate members of our loyalty program.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns, including acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the web and operations teams to ensure seamless customer enrolment journeys across all touchpoints.
- Provide support to the quality loyalty team in responding to customer inquiries and feedback to continuously improve our program and benefits.
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry leaders in EMEA and APAC.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations for loyalty managers.
- Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date promotional folders showcasing our marketing activities and coverage.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to set up online offers and promotions.
- Support hotels with loyalty-related queries and questions.
- Assist the B2B Loyalty team with operational tasks and database cleanup.
**Requirements:**
- Currently enrolled in a school program.
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Good team player with strong social skills.
- Trustworthy and well-organized with attention to detail.
- Flexible and innovative approach to working.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
