We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loyalty Marketing Trainee to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office - Corporate. As a Loyalty Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our loyalty marketing team with daily activities to further engage and activate members of our loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the loyalty marketing team in executing daily activities to enhance member engagement and activation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer lifecycle campaigns, including acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the web and operations teams to ensure seamless customer enrolment journeys across all touchpoints.
- Provide support to the quality loyalty team in responding to customer inquiries and feedback to continuously improve our loyalty program and benefits.
- Conduct weekly competitive analysis and benchmarking against competitors for EMEA and APAC regions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations on loyalty activity for senior management.
- Establish and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders on our central Intranet website.
- Maintain up-to-date promotional folders showcasing all marketing activities and coverage, including advertisements and partner newsletters.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to set up online offers and promotions.
- Support hotels with loyalty-related queries and questions.
- Assist the B2B Loyalty team with operational tasks and database cleanup.
- Contribute ideas and participate actively in the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and cooperative with an innovative approach to work.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
