Role Overview
The Deputy Boutique Manager will play a key role in driving sales and achieving objectives in our luxury retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Tag Heuer.
Key Responsibilities
- Play an active role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives.
- Analyze the store's retail performance KPIs, identify business opportunities, and establish 360 action plans to tackle them.
- Stay updated on the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
- Support the boutique manager in setting individual and collective objectives, following performance, and conducting reviews of team members.
- Shadow and support team members on the floor, providing immediate feedback and developing them in their current roles.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion while promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Support the process to identify and hire new team members.
- Embodies Tag Heuer's brand values and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events.
- Ensure that grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising meet luxury standards and internal guidelines.
- Proactively networks and connects with local people of influence.
- Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Support the boutique manager in setting and following collective and individual clienteling objectives.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on all opportunities to grow the business.
- Support the planning of events in line with brand strategy and guidelines, coordination of all stakeholders, and assessment of the ROI.
- Oversee the boutique operational processes, front and back, in line with internal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policy.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Inspirational leader, able to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Client-centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base.
- Agile manager, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work in various roles depending on business needs.
Language Requirements
Native or fluent in Spanish, fluent in English.
