We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining exceptional service delivery, supporting both staff and customers, and leading compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with audits for both staff and customers.
  • Ensure customer files are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors to ensure care plans are clear, relevant, and accessible for care staff.
  • Maintain personal development and ensure regular policy and procedure reviews.
  • Support the Live-In Service to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Home Care.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK (without sponsorship).
  • Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience with home care and CQC regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRMs.
  • Minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Good understanding of budget management.
