Deputy Store Manager

Buscamos un Deputy Store Manager apasionado por las ventas y el liderazgo, con experiencia en la motivación y desarrollo de equipos de venta. Serás responsable de optimizar las rutinas de la tienda, garantizar que la tienda esté siempre lista para los clientes y alcanzar excelentes resultados en las ventas.
Como Deputy Store Manager, serás el apoyo directo del Store Manager y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo para lograr los objetivos de la tienda. Serás responsable de comunicar, guiar y formar al equipo en la sala de ventas, siguiendo los principios de liderazgo JYSK.

Requisitos Mínimos- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos de venta.
- Estudios de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio.
- Disponibilidad completa para realizar horarios rotativos.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, aplicaciones de correo, internet).
- Ser inspirador y comunicativo para crear un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
- Compromiso para responsabilizarse de la atención al cliente y de los resultados.
- Ser resolutivo, mantener la cabeza fría y guiar tu equipo incluso en situaciones adversas.
- Siempre te esfuerzas por mejorar tus resultados y te recuperas rápidamente después de un contratiempo.
- Te apasionan las ventas y eres un vendedor hábil.

Proceso de selección en España:
- Procesamos las solicitudes de forma continua y completamos la contratación cuando encontramos al candidato adecuado.
- Revisaremos tu candidatura en el plazo de 1 semana (días laborables).
- Si tienes éxito, te enviaremos un link para que respondas a algunas preguntas en vídeo.
- Si pasas a la siguiente fase, te enviaremos una invitación para que realices dos pruebas online.
- A continuación, te haremos una breve entrevista telefónica.
- En caso de que superes todas las fases anteriores te invitaremos a una entrevista presencial y, tras superarla, ya solo quedaría una verificación de referencias de experiencias anteriores.
