Deputy Boutique Manager

Join our team as a Deputy Boutique Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, leadership, and operational skills.

About the Role:

  • As a Deputy Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business objectives in our TAG Heuer boutique.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing retail performance KPIs, identifying business opportunities, and establishing action plans to tackle them.
  • With a focus on customer service, you will ensure that every visitor to the boutique receives an outstanding experience.
  • You will also lead the team in developing long-term relationships with clients, leveraging data to address clients in a personally relevant way, and capitalizing on opportunities to grow the business.
  • Additionally, you will oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal control policy and supervising store expenses and maintenance.

About You:

  • We are looking for a creative business driver with a results-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • You should have management experience in a luxury retail environment, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have a client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base.
  • As a Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be agile and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, working in various roles depending on business needs.
