About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll support in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to manage ongoing payroll support in SAP
  • Deliver high-quality support performance in accordance with Service Level Agreements and within budget
  • Participate in a multi-skilled customer-focused team of internal and external resources
  • Manage payroll for several countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal
  • Participate in projects to implement payroll for other countries

Requirements
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience running all processes related to delivering payroll, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal
  • Apply SAP Notes, including responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM
  • Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes
  • Fluency in English and German is a must; other languages are a plus
