About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll support in SAP, ensuring seamless execution of payroll processes, and collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes for multiple countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and standardize business processes and systems
  • Support the implementation of payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns
  • Coordinate with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers
  • Interact with the end-user community to ensure prompt and effective support
Requirements
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience with payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes
  • Fluency in English and German, with other languages a plus
