About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Technology Team Leader and contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
  • Focus on the technical aspects of projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
  • Ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
  • Manage the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in SAP HCM and payroll processes. Your experience should include:

  • SAP HCM process experience, including running all processes related to delivering payroll.
  • Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
  • Applying SAP Notes, including responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
  • Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central.
