About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our HR & Travel Expenses team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the standardization of business processes and systems.
- Provide technical expertise in payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination/participation in development work.
- Ensure that issues and concerns are discussed and resolved quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate detailed activities in implementing applications and infrastructures, ensuring integration with other processes/teams.
- Manage the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers with respect to planning, execution, and quality control.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Deep technical knowledge of the SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and ABAP/4 programming.
- Experience running all process-related to delivering payroll, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
- Customizing HCM, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portal.
- Ability to apply SAP Notes, including responsible for the proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM and SAP Note Issues & New legal requirements.
- Support in Change Management Processes, including participation in the cloud project for introducing Employee Central with a focus on migration and replication of employee master data, coordination of external consultants, and onboarding of new users.
- Deep knowledge in payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, payroll functions.
- Previous experience in SAP HR consulting.
- Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
- Fluency in English and German is a must. Other languages are a plus.
