About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR & Travel Expenses team at TUI Group. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll support in SAP, ensuring seamless execution of payroll processes, and collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for payroll processes, including payroll run, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Customize HCM modules, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, and organizational management.
  • Apply SAP Notes and ensure proper implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCMS.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team Leader to support project work, including process improvement initiatives and standardization of business processes and systems.
  • Manage operational relationships with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience with SAP HCM processes related to delivering payroll, including payroll run and activities, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, supporting HR departments for different countries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and prompt interaction with the end-user community.
