Overview:
Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to lead transformative initiatives within the EMEALA Systems (Installation) Functional team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and cash improvement across the region.

About the Role:
In this leadership position, you will spearhead the coordination and implementation of performance improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and achieving operational excellence within the System (Installation) Function. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify trends and uncover opportunities for improvement across the region. Your oversight of the Installation Excellence Risk and Escalation Process for major projects will ensure robust engagement with internal stakeholders and proactive risk management strategies. By leading the Lesson Learnt Process across EMEALA, you will facilitate critical reviews and the sharing of insights to drive ongoing enhancements throughout our operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to propel Revenue Growth, Margin Expansion, and Cash Improvement
  • Leverage data analytics and process automation to empower teams with the tools they need to succeed
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and inspire operational delivery teams to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and implement impactful strategic initiatives

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
