This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic projects and initiatives at Elp Consult, a leading internet company. As a key member of the CEO's office, you will work closely with senior executives and local business leaders to drive project delivery and process optimization across international markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives across the organization
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives and peers, to ensure timely project delivery
  • Anticipate needs and work with teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvement
  • Research, analyze data, and make recommendations to support business growth and development
  • Provide strategic planning support to executives, including annual budgeting and key performance indicator management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Strategy, Business, or Operations
  • 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting firms
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
