Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives, working closely with senior executives and peers across multiple functions.
- Anticipate needs and work together with respective teams to identify opportunities to create and optimize processes and systems.
- Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations to support business growth and development.
- Provide strategic planning support to the business's executives, developing and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organization.
- Manage and review key performance indicators to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Strategy, Business, or Operations.
- 5-6+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting firms.
- Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Results and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is a must; any additional European language(s) is a plus.
