Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Life Cycle Services (LCS) department at Kardex Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and global rollout of internal strategic projects. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our after-sales and service case management in Salesforce, while also driving digitalization efforts and managing stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure allocated projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
  • Drive and manage change management initiatives
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage change requests and ensure timely training for end-users
  • Report and escalate as needed
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Organize and perform UAT and final testing
  • Prepare lessons-learned meetings and report learnings back into the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business management, financial management, or equivalent professional education
  • Several years of professional experience in managing IT projects and applications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and interfacing to other systems
  • English language proficiency at CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate) or C1 (intermediate)
  • Team player with excellent communication and project management skills
