Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, communication plans, and project schedules
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements
- Provide project management support to the EPM team and other business units
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, operations)
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
- English and Spanish fluency
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
