About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our Enterprise Strategy Team at CRH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and value creation
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategic projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate them
  • Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events, and build relationships with external stakeholders to identify potential partnership opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
  • 15+ years of work experience with a master's degree
  • Strategic consulting experience in a top-tier consulting company
  • Experience leading strategic projects within a complex organization
