Your Role



As a Project Commissioning Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful commissioning of our railway projects. You'll work closely with our project management and engineering teams to plan and manage all test and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project strategy, quality, cost, and delivery commitments.



Your Responsibilities




  • Manage the Test and Commissioning (T&C) team, ensuring the successful delivery of T&C activities
  • Collaborate with the Verification and Validation (V&V) manager to define the V&V strategy and ensure its effective implementation
  • Develop and implement T&C processes and procedures, ensuring their effective application across the project
  • Deliver T&C plans, procedures, and method statements, coordinating staffing and training for the T&C team
  • Prepare and manage T&C works on site, ensuring the effective use of resources, materials, and tools
  • Ensure EHS compliance and report any issues or concerns
  • Manage the tools and equipment, ensuring accurate calibration and maintenance
  • Monitor and manage QCD performance delivery, ensuring compliance with customer and solution/system requirements


About You



We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience. You should have a good knowledge of English, and any additional languages are an asset. Your experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects is essential, as is your ability to manage by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.
