About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Commissioning Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test & Commissioning activities for the project.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Test & Commissioning team and collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy.
  • Ensure the application of the project's strategy, including QCD commitment, and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, including project management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Deploy the T&C process on the field and ensure its application by the T&C team.
  • Deliver T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinate staffing and training of the T&C team.
  • Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works on field, including material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics, and EHS compliance.
  • Monitor and manage QCD performance delivery, including EHS and Railway safety, of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken). Any other additional language is an asset.
  • More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple subsystems and system global view.
  • Experience managing projects from T&C point of view.
  • Experience managing resources in projects of T&C.
  • Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long mission in different locations and countries.
  • Available to work on field also for night shifts.
  • Driving license.
