Job Description: As our Senior Test Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing all test and commissioning activities for projects in support of the Project Manager. This includes ensuring application of the project's strategy, compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the T&C team and collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy
- Proactively manage internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial, and Warranty, and external interfaces with Partners, third parties, and Customers
- Deploy T&C process on the field and ensure it is applied by the T&C team within the projects
- Deliver T&C plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinate staffing and training of the T&C team
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of the English language (read, written, spoken)
- More than 5 years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects
- Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
