Customer Experience Manager

At JTI, we're committed to creating a world where everyone can enjoy tobacco products responsibly. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the consumer experience for our RRP brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CX strategies that align with brand objectives and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute consumer activation plans, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights and inform CX strategies, ensuring alignment with brand plans and market trends.
- Lead and develop the Activation Team, fostering a collaborative OneTeam mindset and driving excellence in implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
- +5 years of experience in defining and building brand activation, marketing, or trade marketing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Tobacco (RRP).
- Experience in consumer activation in horecas, festivals, and partnerships.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
