Sales OpportunityWe're seeking a Junior Inbound Sales Representative based in Madrid, focusing on the German-speaking markets of Berlin and Vienna. As part of our rapidly growing team, you'll be responsible for guiding large groups through their ticketing journey, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guide Group Ticketing: Assist large groups (15+) with ticket purchases, navigating our booking system and preparing them for an amazing IKONO visit.
- Provide Expert Support: Answer inquiries and offer knowledgeable guidance, making each group feel confident and excited about their experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Team up with marketing to create engaging materials showcasing IKONO's magic and drawing in more curious visitors.
- Stay on Top of Trends: Keep up with visitor feedback and competitor offerings to enhance the group booking experience.
- Share Successes: Report back to senior management with updates on your progress and insights from guest interactions, contributing to our growth and improvement.
- People Skills: Friendly, engaging, and able to make customers feel welcome and at ease.
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven, aiming to exceed group booking goals and enhance the guest experience with every interaction.
- Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, always ready to tackle new challenges.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keeping track of every group inquiry and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

- A competitive salary of €38,000 - €45,000 per annum, based on experience.
