The Role
As a Digital Advertising Strategist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across the group over several clients. You will work closely with stakeholders both internally (Account Strategists) and externally (retail clients) to see campaigns through from planning stages to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance.
You will be responsible for proactive client communication, joining weekly calls and QBRs with the Account Strategist, providing operational, efficient accurate campaign delivery recommendations, and leading on first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations. You will also monitor performance, often on 3rd party attribution, end-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative to meet and exceed clients' objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in digital advertising, eCommerce is a plus. You will be able to build strategies and action plans with both a '1 to many' and '1 to 1' approach. Experience with Eastern Europe markets is a plus. You will be able to work with different stakeholders (internally externally), have a great understanding of client's and team's needs, as well as staying up to date with industry evolutions and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies to achieve client goals
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance
- Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative to meet and exceed client objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital advertising, eCommerce is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
