About the Role

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled ICT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information and Communication Technology Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and operational efficiency of our Enterprise Service Management system, Service Gateway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the availability and security of the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead platform enhancement projects and implement complex customizations
  • Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and various integration tools
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and business analysis skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and remove service bottlenecks
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with ServiceNow platform administration
  • ServiceNow training programs and certifications (CSA, CIS)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, XML, AngularJS)
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies (workflow automation, BPM, RPA)
