About the Role

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled ICT Specialist to join our team in the ICT Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and operational efficiency of our Enterprise Service Management system, ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the stability, security, and operational efficiency of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead platform enhancement projects and implement complex customizations.
  • Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and various integration tools.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and business analysis skills.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
  • ServiceNow training programs and certifications are required.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is required.
  • Proficiency with programming languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, XML, and AngularJS.
