Service Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Service Desk Technician will provide first-level technical support to UNICC customers in over 25 UN Agencies worldwide. The role involves managing service requests and incidents, collecting and recording technical issues, and escalating complex incidents as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the corporate ICT infrastructure
- Perform support duties for IT processes, including Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ICT systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
