About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our 1CALL Center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and report daily metrics to leadership, including customer satisfaction, part status, and technical issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate AOG events, collaborating with leads to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with issue resolution for critical parts, technical items, and service challenges.
- Accurately log information into our CSINFO system.
- Support the Fleet Program organization and contribute to specific projects or objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A&P License preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and one other European language (Spanish or German preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and dedication to meeting expectations.
