About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our 1CALL Center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and report daily metrics to leadership, including customer satisfaction, part status, and technical issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate AOG events, collaborating with leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with issue resolution for critical parts, technical items, and service challenges.
  • Accurately log information into our CSINFO system.
  • Support the Fleet Program organization and contribute to specific projects or objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A&P License preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in the aviation industry.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and one other European language (Spanish or German preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and dedication to meeting expectations.
