We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technology Platforms Manager responsible for Infrastructure, Operations Technology, and Digitalization. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure.

This position involves developing and executing the IT Technology Platform strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives in an outsourced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and related platforms, along with proven experience in managing complex IT environments and Operations Technology in a R&D and Laboratory Environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Leadership:

· Develop and execute the IT Technology Platform strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives in an outsourced environment.

· Provide leadership and direction to the global IT Service Delivery and IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

2. Infrastructure and Operations Technology Design and Implementation:

· Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft technologies together with the outsourcing partner.

· Identify opportunities and implement together with the outsourcing partner technologies to improve efficiency, enhance business operations, and drive innovation.

3. Innovation and Technology Advancement:

· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's IT and OT infrastructure and services.

· Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions to enhance IT capabilities and support business growth.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

· Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Service Delivery and the global IT Team, including system administrators, network engineers, and cloud specialists.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the global IT team.

5. Vendor Management and Partnerships:

· Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.

· Collaborate with strategic partners to optimize the use of Microsoft technologies and drive value for the organization.

6. Security and Compliance:

· Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data assets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

· 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

· A minimum of 5 years improving and managing IT and OT infrastructure in a fully outsourced environment.

· Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.

· Solid understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
