Senior IT Technology Platforms Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our IT Technology Platforms team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure and operations.
This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to oversee the development and execution of our IT Technology Platforms strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365, as well as proven experience in managing complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and execute the IT Technology Platforms strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the global IT Service Delivery and IT team.
- Optimize the strategic footprint and usage of our Microsoft infrastructure.
- Infrastructure and Operations Technology Design and Implementation
- Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Identify opportunities and implement technologies to improve efficiency and enhance business operations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure components.
- Innovation and Technology Advancement
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions to enhance IT capabilities and support business growth.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Service Delivery and the global IT Team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the global IT team.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate new products and solutions, conducting vendor assessments and negotiating contracts as needed.
- Security and Compliance
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data assets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications.
