About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Partner Business Analyst to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales performance, market and competitor data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our go-to-market performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Interpretation: Act as a critical link between the data delivered by the technical teams and the data consumed by the business to support the business in making data-driven decisions to enhance go-to-market performance.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and structure information from various sources, making recommendations about the methods and ways in which we obtain and analyze data to improve the quality and efficiency of data systems, dashboards, etc.
  • Result Analysis: Identify patterns and trends in data sets and analyze results, working alongside teams within the business including the management team to establish business needs.
  • Reporting: Collect and interpret data to improve our commercial processes, reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience supporting multinational and multicultural work environments across Europe in using data science techniques to generate valuable insights and analytics to support the company's partner performance and commercial efforts.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communicator capable of interaction with different stakeholders including senior management, fluent in English and preferably in one or more of the Nordic languages.
  • Education: Relevant degree such as a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent.
