Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Partner Business Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team in the Nordic Baltic Zone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting data and turning it into insights to provide our commercial organization with in-depth analytics and actionable recommendations to drive our commercial performance forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner performance and commercial data to contribute to strategic decision-making and enhance our commercial effectiveness.
  • Play a critical role in analyzing sales performance, market and competitor data to provide actionable insights and enhance our go-to-market performance.
  • Support business decision-making processes by providing insightful analysis and financial evaluations.
  • Identify patterns and trends in data sets and analyze results to inform business strategies and optimize profitability.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with our commercial organization to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive commercial performance. You will also collaborate with our technical teams to gather and structure information from various sources, and make recommendations about data systems and dashboards to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, and have a strong understanding of commercial data and market research.
