Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Partner Business Analyst to analyze partner performance and commercial data to contribute to strategic decision-making to enhance our commercial effectiveness. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing sales performance, market and competitor data as well as providing actionable insights to enhance our go-to-market performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical link between the data delivered by the technical teams and the data consumed by the business to support data-driven decisions to enhance go-to-market performance.
  • Gather and structure information from various sources.
  • Make recommendations about the methods and ways in which we obtain and analyze data to improve quality and efficiency of data systems, dashboards, etc.
  • Identify patterns and trends in data sets and analyze results.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial data analysis, financial modeling, and market research. They will be eager to understand and learn about the business and commercial organization and will animate the Nordic Baltic Sales & Marketing organization with analytics, insights, and actions.
