About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Partner Business Analyst to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales performance, market and competitor data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze partner performance and commercial data to contribute to strategic decision-making and enhance commercial effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish business needs and develop new data collection and analysis processes.
  • Provide insightful analysis and financial evaluations to support business decision-making processes.
  • Design data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, including data cleaning and data preparation.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience supporting multinational and multicultural work environments across Europe in using data science techniques to generate valuable insights and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in one or more of the Nordic languages.
  • Relevant degree, such as a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent.
