Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager at MSA Safety, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing the channel partner network within the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on understanding local market specifics and organizational resources to deliver on sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales through the channel partner network to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor Product Portfolio Management to improve customer coverage.
  • Organize and attend meetings with channel partners and end-users.
  • Support sales teams of channel partners to grow sales of MSA products.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Generate new business opportunities through customer meetings.
  • Provide training and guidance to channel partners.
  • Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales development and channel partner management.
  • Strong understanding of local market specifics and organizational resources.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and manage channel partner relationships.

Working Conditions:

This role requires approximately 80% of time to be allocated on business trips within the assigned territory.
