Job Title: Digital Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQLs, to sell our solutions digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities
  • Qualify and map important partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals
  • Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary
  • Create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management
  • Manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with sales and a passion for learning
  • Fluent English, Italian, and French speaker
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies
  • Team player
  • Ability to cooperate with other teams
  • Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
