Job Title: Digital Sales Representative

This role is an exciting opportunity to join Autodesk's Digital Sales team, where you will play a key part in helping our customers achieve their goals through a seamless digital buying experience.

About the Role:
  • As a Digital Sales Representative, you will focus on understanding our customers' challenges and goals through inbound calls and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally.
  • You will work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market.
  • You will develop and transact digital deals while nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk.
  • In cases where there is more specialized and in-depth discovery required, you will collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives as they guide the deal to close.
Responsibilities:
  • Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs.
  • Qualify and map important partners, business processes, and technical requirements on deals.
  • Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
  • Create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management.
  • Create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management and organization.
  • Manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration, and career development.
  • Represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate the needs of customers.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with sales, and a passion for learning.
  • Fluent English, Italian, and French speaker.
  • Outbound calling experience.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to cooperate with other teams.
  • Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Experience in the software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus.
  • Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus.
