Modality Sales Specialist

At Philips International, we're seeking a skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing the territory funnel in Salesforce, accurately forecasting sales, and driving customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term relationships with key influencers and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs, design tailored solutions, and create pricing strategies.
  • Maximize customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient "One Philips" approach and utilize SFDC, tender information, and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips.
  • Share best practices with internal colleagues and ensure the proper use of medical PCMS products, while sharing technical and clinical insights with peers and business units.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
  • Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
  • Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns.
  • Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical PCMS products.
