About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building strong relationships with our customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Build and manage the territory funnel in Salesforce, accurately forecasting and achieving sales goals.
  • Research target opportunities and generate account leads through effective sales strategies.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key influencers and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
  • Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
  • Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support.
  • Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical PCMS products.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
