Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
This role involves managing partnerships and key affiliate relationships to generate growth alongside a centralised affiliate program. You will drive new cost-effective marketing deals into the business, handle commercial negotiations and onboarding of new partners, and deliver acquisition and retention campaigns to our partners and affiliates.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to support the growth of our global multi-brand affiliate program and partners portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal skills),
- Significant experience of digital marketing within the Spanish gaming industry,
- Passionate about affiliate marketing with the ability to work with colleagues across departments and locations,
- Strong team player,
- An eye for detail, being analytical for reporting purposes to enhance the marketing output at a market and global level,
- Highly developed influencing skills and the ability to manage both upward and downward effectively,
- Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills,
- Technically proficient with core business IT programmes and the ability to adapt and learn new systems,
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and pressurised environments.
