From the beginning, our company's culture has centered around a team-oriented approach, ensuring that each forklift truck is crafted with excellence.At Crown's headquarters, manufacturing sites, and branch network, we provide a variety of challenging career opportunities across a wide spectrum of professional and technical disciplines.Job DescriptionAs a Human Resources Business Partner in Spain, you will report to the HR Manager and be responsible for managing the people development area and contributing to all HR projects to achieve business results in the territory.Main DutiesHR Operations Support: Manage personnel administration, contracts, payroll, time control, and HR software (SAP - Employee Central). Handle labor sanctions, translate industrial agreements, and maintain policies and reporting.Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and developing recruitment channels. Collaborate with organizations and maintain a talent database. Focus on technical profiles (e.g., electromechanical, IT), sales, and administrative roles (e.g., finance).Project Development: Lead key HR projects related to people development and training activities.
