**About the Role**

We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) in Lisbon, Portugal.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to content creators and influencers across various social media platforms on subscription management, account management, technical troubleshooting, and marketing tool utilization.

In addition, they will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to ensure customers understand the information being communicated, providing product and tool support to enhance client experience, and identifying trends and solving problems facing multiple small and medium-sized business clients.

The ideal candidate will possess flawless communication skills in both written and oral Turkish (C2 level) and English (B2 level), with the ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure. They will also demonstrate excellent accuracy and attention to detail, a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
